among the things i have been contemplating about lately has included the upcoming changes in the IT industry and the industries in turn that it services. going thru those thoughts as part of my job and the works, i thought of enquiring on elementary questions of how others perceive the following:

- knowing the industry and the social and economical arrangement that surrounds you right now in its current form, how and what do you perceive things are going to be like in the upcoming milestones: 2016,2020, 2025 and 2030.
just play with the thought that you are nostredamus and you are attempting to to describe what things would be like concerning these things within your close vicinity. for example, programming or purchasing habit or employment arrangement or retirement arrangement.
- after you have given the previous question a thought, how do you perceive yourself embracing those upcoming changes and challenges. in other words, what are you ready to do to tackle those challenges? are you ready to learn more, are you ready to get out of your comfort zone. are you ready to sacrifice more, will you give up on other dreams and which ones?
- now that you have revised the previous two pickles, have your thoughts changed from what they were? if not, did you revise these from a broader perspective? if yes, what aspects did you take into account? for example, if you are a programmer, is your initial thought that yesterday you programmed in C, today you program in C and tomorrow you will program in C? just an example of the thought line here.

more questions would fit but three would suffice for now.

there has been different ages in history. each age has had an effect on the development of science, culture, economy, etc.
during the upcoming six years, there is a new age we are going to go thru, its not going to be wrapped in a beautiful gift parcel,
it is not going to be filled with glory. there is lots of mayhem and turmoil ahead with the upcoming huge change in economics.

what do you foresee that is going to happen in the next 6 years. and of what you see, what are you doing about it?
