hello, so i bought starcraft anthology digital version a few days ago, now im trying to download the game but whatever i try i can't download it, it just says there was a problem authenticating your download,tried it on my brothers pc too, i get the same results which let me to believe its blocked,here is the downloader log

i have contacted blizzard and they told me zillion things to do, tried them all, still not working
does anyone have any idea how to fix this issue?
the blizzard guys said the game downloads from the same ports as wow, and yes i have forwarded ports
