Hi, i've got an iphone 5 A1428 factory unlocked and i recently noticed that LTE is not supported in lebanon. only A1429 model supports LTE here. Is this correct? Any fix for it?

no there is no fix for it
and dont worry we still dont have 4G for our mobiles, it is only for Dongles routers and tablets
