Hello. I am posting this because i recently came up with a situation where im trying to find a car and i found one, BUT:
The seller is Greek. She bought the car while she was here in lebanon (registered it and has papers) and is leaving for long to greece leaving her car here because it costs her alot to move it and pay new taxes.She is selling for a cheaper price than the market. I told her to send me some pictures and she did send some pictures of a car with no lebanese plate but matching the vehicle description.Told me she doesnt have pictures of it here in lebanon. She doesnt want to come show me the car because i need to prove for her i have 4000$ cash as step 1 through this process:

The last formality to do now is to make a security depot.
Instead of check or else I want it to be in western union Mandate which means you will make a deposit of 4,000 $ Via western union.

The operation of the western union Mandate occurs in all post offices.
Once at the Post office just ask to make a Western Union Money Order and the postman will set everything with no protocol in less than 10 minutes.
After this operation, the post officer will issue a receipt that you will send to me by mail (scanned copy), taking care to conceal the identification code before for more security. You will have to keep it jealously with you to secure your money.
I don't want to send me the money you can put your Father name on the Receiver and we will change the name of the receiver when we will meet.
The money must be with Destination Greece because in this case i can call to the Western Union to verify if the transfer exist
Please tell the Western Union Agent that you are sending money to an relative to skip their taxes
Maybe you are worry about the transfer tax that you will pay about 100 $ , but because this condition is put by me , i will give you the money tax cash in hand when we will meet.
Last week i travel to Beirut and because i trust a person and when i arrive there the person don't have the money and i lose time and money
First you have to know that I do not ask you to pay me because I can not withdraw your money without the secret information if you want you can put your mother on the receiver name but destination Greece and when we will meet we will go and change the receiver name with my name , that is why I asked you to hide secret information in scanning me the slip. Then I want to tell you that I can not move again without really being reassured.The transfer must be with destination Greece because in these case i can Call to the Western Union to verify the status of the transfer.

I tried asking her for the Lebanese plate number. She said she forgot and all the documents are in the container.
Sorry for the long topic. I cant understand if this is a valid and trusted method even though i am not going through it at all.Is she trying to rip me off or can this be trusted?
