Hello everyone hope you are having a good aftrernoon.
So i got a new modem/router from tp link, i followed all the steps to get my pppoe username and password, i set it up but it didn't work. So i said i'll just take it to ogero and they'll set it up for me and i plugged my thomson router back, but it's not connecting to the internet, i went on the router page and my pppoe password was gone, so i reset my configuration password is back but it can't connect, i checked everything from wires to telephone line, everything is ok. I did an internet test from the router it showed ppp as not working.
Your help is appreciated.
edit: it also states that ATM is disabled on my dsl line.
EDIT 2: Internet Explorer solved the issue while Chrome and Firefox couldn't, how ironic.
EDIT 3: It happened again! Last light on the router is still red.
