Hi,

I have small server in Lebanon. I got my last two bills from Ogero at 1000$/month for HDSL, it hurts.
I asked someone who quoted me $1800 for a leased line (10mb upload and 1mb download), which is too expensive.
Is there any alternative where I can pay extra money and get at least 40 GB of bandwidth for a lower price?

Thanks
Just curious - why do you host your server in Lebanon? How about a VPS or dedicated server in Europe or USA?
Anyway, $1000 sounds a lot for me. I thought the prices had been greatly reduced recently.
Just like rolf said, and if you get a VPS or a dedicated server you'll also get much faster speeds.
Check out Amazon's EC2 instances (or any AWS service). Also, if you don't already have an account there, you will get a 1 year free EC2 when you register.
hi, guys i have over 30 servers and dedicated bandwidth over 10gig, but i have some live feed data that has to be uploaded from Beirut to a media server, otherwise will never use the internet there, now what i did is scheduled my application to record the feed and upload it at night as its free to upload :)

i am in Canada right now i have 200mb down and up i pay only $150 for it. if we can get good internet in Lebanon i think we will rock.

thats why i was looking to get unlimited to be live all the time from my feed in beirut.
