How to let a pc run Mac OS?

Hey guys,
Im bored of running windows 8 as a current OS so I thought to switch to Mac OS. So are the steps of  installing Mac OS on a pc similar to installing a normal windows on a normal pc, or is there more complicated steps for doing this. If its the same from where can I download the original Mac OS for pc, and does it run with same performance as running it on a normal Mac?

"No, the OEM mac install disks are specific to each mac model and cannot be used on other mac models let alone another PC". However it's actually doable, but a heavy procedure. Why not Linux ?

Have you tried it before ? If yes please can you list steps for doing it. And I need Mac since I need to learn a new language in programming which is objective C and its used to program apps for ios.

I haven't done that myself, but from what I know you need compatible hardware. You can always run it in a virtual machine if you want or wait for someone else to guide you through an actual installation.
