Played it yesterday night and today morning.

My short review for the game (didn't have time to play it that long so bare with me)

There is something weird about the game. (notice how smoke grenades and planes)
Graphics wise, I personally prefer the MW2 ones, then again we shouldn't be comparing it to its predecessor.
But game play wise its a fun game to play with the wager matches and so force. They where probably the highlight of my experience.

I'm just surprised that people got to prestige already.

As for Nazi Zombies, played it yesterday with some friends, its a real fun game to play, didn't play it for long to compare it for the one in World at War, but nevertheless its fun and gives you another game type to try.

I didn't start the campaign, didn't have time to.

EDIT: Just thought I'd add that what where they thinking about the Hard-line pro perk? You can change whatever care package to the kill streak of your choice.
So that's screaming for people to camp so they can get their CP, then your team-mate with the hard-line perk changes your package to whatever you want. Interesting.

I feel it is safe to say this title will not throw MW2 off its throne. For some reason I just don't like the graphics and the 'smoothness' of the game in multiplayer (and SP, for that matter). I mean, compared to MW2, this thing is lacking behind for real. It feels more cartoon-ish than real.

Good storyline though. Bit too un-modern but thats the theme of the game isn't it?

I have to say, that the graphics are just bad, it is not acceptable for a game of this budget and production to have such graphics in these times. example: looking at dead corpses in the ground it's very pixely and the textures look so bad and outdated, the explosion of grenade launchers are just a blast of black smoke and doesn't resemble an explosion, even some of the big explosion in the game are just huge in size but have no quality, one thing u can really notice, is the texture rendering speed among other things, like if you switch from your rifle to your gun there is about a 1.something second delay before the textures on the gun appear.

Sound effects, the same issue, it is very disappointing to play a game with a lower quality sound effects months after having enjoyed it in BFBC2 and MOH, even MW2 wasn't bad. example, the sound of firing the pistol sounds like those small toy guns i used to buy as a kid in Eid, the ones you put the red firework things in them, yeah, uncool.

Those 2 aside, everything from story, theme, game play, twists, new game modes...etc...is every nice and maybe more than just nice, they are something to look for.

back to baddies, online is a pain in the *, even for lebanese internet standards. Continues disconnections, invites not working, HOPEFULLY, that is something they might fix. At many times i wasn't lagging at all, which is good, but still it disconnects or joining groups and lobbies doesn't work...

keep in mind, that I am only refering to the console version, i even had ps3 and xbox both connected to the same screen and kept comparing them, the xbox360 version does look better but not to an acceptable level. I even tried playing in 3d on both ps3 and xbox, and they both look good in 3d, even though the xbox's 3d is just a simulation. and to be honest i preferred playing in 3d not for the fun of 3d, but because it somehow hid some of the graphical mistakes in the game.

I have one more thing to say, like i told Kareem earlier, iam looking forward for the pc version, maybe nino has got it today, i know the pc version would save face in the graphics department some how, but i don't think it'll fix the internet and sound.

conclusion, i'll be playing it of course on pc, cause it can still be a very fun game, i even might have loved it more than mw2, but any review that gives it more than 8.0 is pure hypocrisy, cause 8.0 is more than it deserves a score.
