Sometimes they try to fake things, fake tracking, fake products, if you have pictures and your cause is strong, you'll win.
Worst case is, seller wins, he must have a proof of the product delievered to you. This is most likely where you get a fake product, a low quality product, a broken one, etc.
It's very unlikely that you lose your money and not receive anything.
Yes actually it's prolly just an employee who won't fight back, never thought of it... Anyways my case is that it has been 19 days (+4 to ship before order got automatically canceled) without any tracking information showing up (postNL) and i contacted online chat support and they recommended i open dispute... The seller just rejected and said that i should "please" wait because it's still in transit. I gave them a 2 day chance before i escalate things quickly. Also included convo of seller agreeing on a full refund.
About unlikely losing my money, support guy assured me this won't happen, since i directly asked about the worst case scenario, and added that they work really continuously hard on giving customers the best experience on AE blah blah.
