there's no need for tricks... just go to the item, click buy now, until it asks you for your credit card number(choose different payment method) as if you were going to use a new credit card.
at this point click cancel.
Order should be listed under "orders awaiting payment"
Now the seller can adjust the price.

If you think the seller is lying, check his rating, dont cancel the dispute.

I suppose the dispute is open now, you can always click on escalate, so aliexpress handles the situation, look it up and give your money back, you didn't receive your product in the time limit, and that's according to their policy, refundable.
On the other hand, you might just wait, the seller has good feedback, you'll end up getting the product, and the money, which is kind of harsh, as the seller has no control over shipping fluctuations.

Not at all, actually, i received two of the fastest parcels i've ever bought during this month.
One of which took weeks, i suspect one week was spent in lebanese airport. Nothing weird.
you're still under two weeks at airport, which is safe, otherwise call libanpost.
ps: I think Your package is not with libanpost, libanpost never keeps items, they attempt to deliver it, otherwise they return it to the airport to be sent to its country of origin, in case of delivery failure. It is the airport/customs that hold/ inspect item.
