Okay, about the fake swiss post, here's an update, Like i said the parcel reached turkey from china, in less than 30hours, however from turkey to Lebanon, it is still in transit for 5 days.

Yes i opened a couple, they usually give your money back, they're just employees in stores and not patrons, they don't care. Sometimes contacting the seller is enough, he sent me a replacement that was ok.
Sometimes they try to fake things, fake tracking, fake products, if you have pictures and your cause is strong, you'll win.
Worst case is, seller wins, he must have a proof of the product delievered to you. This is most likely where you get a fake product, a low quality product, a broken one, etc.
It's very unlikely that you lose your money and not receive anything.

Anyways my case is that it has been 19 days (+4 to ship before order got automatically canceled) without any tracking information showing up (postNL) and i contacted online chat support and they recommended i open dispute... The seller just rejected and said that i should "please" wait because it's still in transit. I gave them a 2 day chance before i escalate things quickly. About unlikely losing my money, support guy assured me this won't happen, since i directly asked about the worst case scenario, and added that they work really continuously hard on giving customers the best experience on AE blah blah.

I never had to returnanything, and glad i had not, seen the prices of individual/personal freight services... in fact, i rarely get defect items.
Even then, contacting the seller, he's pleased to send a replacement. No need for dispute.

The seller Im having a dispute with has a score of 97.x % feedback with those jewels. I don't know why would they do such thing.

But his morning I rechecked the item page and they listed both China Post Registered Air Mail and Small packet plus as free delivery, so I had bad hunch and sent a message to the seller to be sure to send by Air Mail and he answered that I had to pay 1.5$ more for that. Trap or not I won't accept small packet plus because it will take ages to arrive, now what to do? How could I pay the 1.5$?

Usually a seller will agree to cancel your order if it isn't shipped. You'll get the money back within a week or so.

Ok he's saying that I place and order for the same item without paying so he can change it to 1.5$, then I pay it and he will use China Post Registered Air Mail!
So he's either an amateur and forgot to put 1.5$ for Air Mail or he's simply trying to trap people

So I placed an order for the same item so the seller can change the price, but it looks like the seller can't see it because I have to go further, BUT in the end of the page there are credit card info of payment and ''Confirm & Pay'' button only. So if I press this button it means they will take the money or there is another page for payment confirmation later? it's so much badly explained on the website!
On top of the page there are Review your Order-Payment-Done, though it looks like all these steps are on the same page because there is the address,Review the order and the credit card info payment, only the payment info section is greyed out meaning if I press on the Confirm & Pay they will actually make me pay the full price as long as the seller didn't change it right?

Hey I did not read your whole post. You need to:
add to cart --> click buy all --> select other payment method --> click confirm and pay... when you get to the payment gateway (place you need to enter your card details) close the window/tab.
Go back to My orders screen you will see that you can "Pay now" or cancel. Ask the seller to change the price.. When he confirms, refresh the page and make sure it has changed and then click on pay now.
