don't know what (Speed: <=2 Mbps) means, any idea ?
note that capped accounts have Speed: 2 Mbps, it does make sense ?

good news for me, now my 6-8 mbps connection that was upgraded on ogero site to open speed, is now officially on my router open speed with 19 down/1.2 up, i tested it and IT IS GREAT

my SNR margin got worse this week ,i was getting 14 with the same stats,bandwidth and Attenuation .
I called 1516 today and upgraded my internet speed from 2mb/40gb to openspeed/100gb 45000LL plan. I was informed that it will cost me an additional 8000LL for my next bill for the upgrade fees and sent them a picture of my ID and telephone number through whatsapp.
It will take effect on august 1.

Ok so I have 16mb/s in the speed test website but only 660kb/s max download!!

i can confirm speeds are being upgraded with idm also : my friend has a 4mbps plan , now it is open speed
It's not really open speed. Mine is capped at 19.996 Mbps although i have 5db line attenuation and a good 24Mbps attainable.
if you have <13 snr then it is open speed
