looking for a used vga or used cpu for sale...

I 'm looking to buy a used cpu or a used vga if anyone has one lying around...

for the cpu:
I want something in the range of:
if dual core:
more than 2.4 ghz with atleast a memory cache of 1 mb
any core 2 duo cpu is ok
any core i5 cpu is ok
but I dont want to buy any core i3, quad core, core i7....

for the vga:

anything better than the 1gb 9500 gt, I prefer buying nvidia products but if you have ati I'll consider buying it....
