Yup, updated my Flash player too. But I don't get it, why would they require updating Flash and there's no swf's used in the page?

They are protecting all their users. You're using mozilla firefox. It's unsafe perhaps to open any swf, so they ask for the update before you have to cross one in the wild.

I couldnt update mine, the flash installer says "error". Meh.

You have to close all your open browsers first.
