sony are also working on their 3D tv, which is supposed to be launched in 2010. and sony has the ability to quickly release native 3D content (not like nvidia which is converting normal video into 3D, which might not turn out as realistic), movies through sony pictures, games for the ps3, they have bluray to support the space required, ...

I saw 360 billboards in dubai last year. Vertical poles that you could watch from any angle I think it was a combination of a rotating image with a stroboscope.
