New member - Not a Geek at all

hello everyone... i stumbled upon this board by chance while browsing.

An idea came up to my mind and that's why i joined here.

Im an admin of a board called Kaotik System but not a geek at all.
recieved a mail from "pirate reports"saying that our board doent have a license and we shoudl buy one ASAP.

The board is Vbulletin.

So i assume that they might shut us down in a way? (our host is overseas, called practical host) the pirate report contacted them first and it was our host who informed us about it.
We dont have a problem buying a license....pls share your thoughts.

my mail request is: Im looking for a webmaster that can be of help when needed about possible upgrades,skin changes and everything vbulletin related...so if there is someone who is willingto do that, pls PM me.

managing vb is quite easy ... lots of help online.
i've been running a few forums online, using vBulletin and never got anything from anyone about not using a license. weird.

there might be a geek deep inside but surely not with computers  ...

Somehow i feel we were reported by someone to this pirate police thing, since our previous webmaster mysteriously disappeared and rejects to work for the forum anymore...mmm who knows :rolleyes:

Wondering about those million cracked forums on the internet how come they found us, in lebanon...a forum of  about 300 people only.

anyways...we will buy a license, it's only 180$

anyone of you interested in joining and checking out the forum for interesting topics, pls do not hesitate...im not promoting, but I really mean it about the gr8 topics there, as well as the alternative side of electronic music rather than the most famous, cheesy trance stuff and world #1 DJ music...Im talking about rough music with a lot of metal background... Drum N Bass, breakcore, dark step, hardcore and lots of other stuff...

may i ask if any of you have been to any Kaotik System events before?
