Digipen: Anyone tried applying?

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have any experience with the digipen program which is being offered at USEK. I've been reading about it and still not sure if I should recommend it to my brother. He really has a passion when it comes to gaming. Digipen is an international program which is offered in many universities in the USA or canada and now expanding to other regions.

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help provide feedback.

I know two persons that went to DigiPen and they're loving it. They actually went there, not to USEK's program, so I can't vouch for it.

i read their curriculum once ... pretty interesting
but once ur done with it, ur most probably going to Nintendo.

You mean they went to Washington ?
It really is an interesting program as padre said.
Anyone who enjoys/creating games will simply adore it. It also is intensive in the fact that they assign a lot of projects. I am not sure how efficient.
I need to check also if they still offer summer workshops. This way you can get a taste of what you'll be dealing with.

Is the program still offered at USEK ? It was put on hold 3 years ago as far as I know.

I think the program is still running.
Their website seems to be in the process of reconstruction.
