Hey dude, how much does this cost? Is there a lot of cuts or it's reliable?
Very reliable. I work from home for 3 years now, suffered for 2 years then got terranet. All Great. It costs 420K LBP Per month and 300$ installation cost. You also need to prepay either 3, 6 or 12 months.
Is it true that they are starting to charge at the rate of 8,000 LBP?

I have installed the 20MB last month, and even though it's really great (for this country) I've been trying to contact them for three days now to refill my account, and no answers.
Literally, 15 minutes of "khaline hawlak la ... " It felt like a Lebanese governmental institution
How the hell can I do it?
Update: Finally got a hold of someone and payment will be via money transfer, wish/omt. I think rate is 3,000 LBP

Do they accept bank transfer or credit cards?

I logged in to update the price as well It's specifically 1,390,000
Is anyone facing issues with the services today?
It was down yesterday, I kept calling but no answers, then it magically worked;
But today it's too slow and lots of issues with DNS I think, funny thing is when I connect to my VPN (London Linode) it works a bit better.
Anyone getting calls about price increase? Missed 4 calls from them so far but called back and they said they want to use fresh dollars. Didn't give me a rate yet.

Did they end up giving you the rate?
They keep calling me when I'm not available, I'm gonna call them tomorrow. Will pay anyway no matter what the rate is, compared to every provider in lebanon this connection is 24/7 stable with promised speeds.

You can call the agent you're paying to and he'll send you the new quotation, this is it anyway:

Double speed at night? Sick!
Hopefully still no limits.

Looks like double speed started a night early but my mikrotik looks to be not passing more than 50mbps. So the idea of bonding 2 to get 100 down might not work.
Does anyone know the coverage of this service in particular Hamana and the surrounding area?

I can't even get 30MB - but that's because there's tons of buildings around me and no good enough signal
Hello All, I raised a question earlier regarding the coverage, but no answer.
How much would you recommend going with this option? especially that the local cable supplier is horrible. The connection is unstable. Terranet did inform us that it will take up to 1 month to establish the connection. Any feedback would be highly appreciated.
I would have left to go work from turkey long time ago if this connection didn't exist. As for the speed it's consistent 24/7 for me, no FUP. So that's totally up to you, as for coverage it's a place by place basis, you usually send them your location on Whatsapp and they get back to you. In my case, they installed 2 antennas so I can get reception.

Thank you for the feedback. We did transfer them the money and hopefully it gets installed really soon. We are going to start with 8Mbps for the time, and then we will adjust moving forward.
What speeds are you getting? And how do we recharge or renew/adjust the connection?
On WhatsApp we shared our location and they informed us that the location is positive, hopefully it works well.
