Need some referrers

I found this great website, where by signing with their advertisements, you get points, which you can get stuff from e-mail, like X-Box Live codes, and I really want to get it working, but all the available offers keep telling me that they are not available in my area.

The thing is, it doesn't work for people in Lebanon, so I tried to put a proxy server, and it still didn't work. Anyone have any suggestions to get this working? Or, does anyone have anyone in America that can do it? Just give the following link - I get 20% for referring.

That's the website. It's not a scam, you can read all over, it does work, but not in Lebanon, unless any of you got an idea on how to bypass this ;)
