Smart phone repair question

I have an android phone that has its screen backlight capacitor fried due to water damage. My problem with phone repair shops I dealt with so far is that they don't acknowledge this diagnosis (being very proud) and need to start testing repair protocols they know (replacing screens...). So my phone ends up spending 1 week in those shops just so they end up saying: I don't repair boards or I don't have this specific capacitor to replace. Is there any repair shop you know that will accept the diagnosis I give them and answer me on the spot if they can repair it or not? (Preferably in Jbeil/Kerserwan/Metn areas)

I need this phone to extract non-backed up data on it.

There is a repair shop called solutions_by_t on instagram. I dont have any personal experience with them but judging from what they post they seem very professional.

I need this phone to extract non-backed up data on it.

You can use a high power flash light if the phone uses LCD for the display.

There’s a place in Hadath that I’ve repaired a couple of iPhones at. He’s very professional and should work on boards (only does mobile repairs).
Give him a call he might tell you if he can do this repair.
