Hi, Is there any public transport running from Beirut to Tripoli, considering roadblocks? I want to try tomorrow.
Thanks in advance.

Yes please, bump this up.
I would like to join my brothers and sisters up in Tripoli for their protest!

Yeah, I think this has to end on a good note before it becomes a bad example.
There is a huge economic crisis and we are in the beginning of it. People need to prepare and be ready for the future.
I am trying to get reach the North border ultimately and then Hama (Syria).
I am in Dora. They are telling me they go to Jounieh, and I have to take another bus from there.
On my way, it takes 2-3 hours and costs 5000 or more. Huge détours. Easier to catch a flight to another country.
Sorry if such joke not appropriate, then i will delete it.
Hello nuclearcat, I cannot see the photos that you posted.
I am back from my travel.
The coastal road is the worse, they were even more closures beyond Tripoli.
The Bekaa roads were open.
It was airline ticket from beirut to tripoli :)
