hello awesome folks
i have a tender for the following to refurbish a big meeting room
- Sound system ( including microphones ) for 109 places
- Voting buttons and result board : yes/no/abstinence
( the members will vote using this system and the result will show directly on screen )
- a timer for the person who is talking : the chairman will give each person a specific time to which a light will change color and buzz in the end .
somethins like this : https://www.shure.eu/products/conferenc … 00/dc6990p
do you know any solution designers/suppliers for this kind ?!

Since you mentioned Shure, you should try to contact either Amac or Venuetech and ask about the model in question. Wouldn't be surprised if it costs upwards of $2,000 apiece. Shure products are of very high quality though.
Katrangi should have cheaper products but of much lesser quality.
If you're looking for a consultant, try 21dB. They also supply audio and acoustic equipment and offer architectural design solutions, though I don't think they carry audience response systems.
For the voting software, I think that I can develop it or most probably many others on Lebgeeks can.
It can be developed on Raspberry Pi to which you can connect the light and buzzer.
I don't know about the price to be honest.
I genuinely challenge anyone to come up with this voting system.
It's not easy. It's complicated and it will cost money.
Don't think for a second it's something cheap that can be implemented quickly.

it is very easy hardware wise but may be complicated software wise
a touch screen or any box with 3 buttons ( yes/no/abstinence ) connected to a system that counts them
the shure conference system i posted has the voting option but i did not find more details about it ( contacted them and still waiting )
ill update this soon

Yeah sure, of course, avoid reinventing the wheel if you can!
I am not actively looking for such projects but it sounds like it could be a fun project so thank you.
Shure just bounced to me "Shure MEA" who don't seem to like replying .. and AMAC did not respond after 3 days
and people say there is no work in Lebanon

People say a lot of things, if you listen to everything you might as well kill yourself.
Numbers, facts!

Have you tried giving either Amac or Venuetech a call?
Look in the app store(s) and see if you can find something that might work for you. This seems like something that there has to be a voting app that can be used in education and conventions and the timer is a nobrainer. Something along the lines of this may work.
In any case, good luck.
