Ogero Landline and VDSL feasibility

Hello guys,
So I'm gonna apply for a landline this Monday and I have a couple of questions regarding the process.
First, let me tell you that the phone box is not in our building (it's for another building but I got permission from them) since they haven't installed one for us yet.
What I wanted to know is do I need to get an electrician to do the wiring from the phone box to my house before Ogero come or do they handle this by themselves not pretty sure yet.
Also, my house is litteraly 50meters away from Chiah centrale, so would VDSL be feasable for sure or is there any other factor that could hinder it? Because according to my knowledge it depends on the distance from the exchange which would not be any problem in this case.

VDSL2 should work since you are less than 800m - 1 km away. You need to check your wiring and for interference if the speeds are low

Ogero's job ends at the box.
