Suggestion: Chat Box

I found a neat plugin that would enable us to have a little chat box in the top. What do you guys/gals think? :)

is it gonna be for registered users only.. or guests also ?

if registered users.. it will be nice if you put option in the profile.. like this each is free to see or not the chat box

just wait for new unexperienced users to think of it as a search box  it happens everywhere lol
