Hey guys,
Moved to a new building. The building does not have a landline.
Any good ISP that doesn’t need a landline and has a good ping?
Maybe you should mention the location mate.
Yes, Flying Golden Unicorn s.a.l.
In that case, go for "Zero Ping 1Gbps S.A.L." Pretty decent provider
No idea if it reaches you but I noticed they have 1 provider in ras beirut. Ferrari-networks. Right now best isp in the country imo

Not sure if trolling or serious.

It's not just here mate, in the US you have ISP's like Sprint, Exede (my favorite name), and Sonic, so happens about everywhere (although I do agree with you on the ISP's in this country).
As for the OP's question, hard to answer that because some of the local guys will actually be different building to building, so best bet, ask the neighbors and businesses in area and try your luck.
I am not trolling. http://ferrari-networks.com/
been with them for 4 years, speeds are always as promised and the FUP thing is only from 4 pm to 12 am. I downloaded as much as 350+ gigs a month sometimes.

What's the average speed and ping to Europe?
i get 10mbps most time (tested with VPN), slows down ofc during peak time but you still get 10mbps on downloads even during peak and you get around 3-5mbps browsing.. 60 ms to EU
