Configuring new xDSL Modem - Asus

Anyone here can assist in configuring a AC-52U xDSL modem.

Their interface is extremely easy and it basically does everything for you.
But for some reason, after signing in with the password/username IDM provided me with, it still doesn't work :s

What am i missing here ?

Urgh they still won't give me VDSL even though the result is that it's Feasible !!
It's been 2 motnhs. I'm <500 meters away from CO

Go on twitter and tweet imad kreidieh & communicate that (Chairman of ogero)
and keep doing so every couple of day
at some point you'll have it up and running
