Best ps4 deals in lebanon?

So i decided i spend my 500$ on a ps4, so i can enjoy microsoft and pc exclusives on my pc and sony exclusives as well as playing with friends on the console (peasants kek)
Tho i wanna find the best deal i can for that price, i need at least 1 game and a year of ps plus with the console

I would suggest Nino store in Beirut (Mar Elias area; http://ninostore.com/). He has a playstation 4 with one game and 2 controllers for 400$. I don't know if you can negotiate for a PS plus subscription instead of the additional controller.

I am not aware of any other store offers though.

Shadi Najjar is offering a bundle with 2 controllers and 4 games for 490$, i can sell a controller for the subscription but i want to see if there are any better deals out there

Shadi Najjar's PS4's are refurbished,so I wouldn't suggest buying from there.You can use google to see how refurbished ps4 boxes and normal ps4 boxes differ
