Nice build, as for the mouse/keyboard I suggest you get some A4Tech stuff because they offer something with low budget, unless you are a hardcore FPS shooter which will set you in 60$+ mouse.
For the gaming headset, don't get something cheap, Kingston HyperX Cloud core is around 55$ from pcandparts and it is the best headset you can get, even kick some more expensive headset a$$es
Well i am not looking to buy anything until i upgrade my gpu , it makes me sick if i cant max a game . And of course i need an ssd .

I think the 1070 and 1080 are released on PC & Parts, but they're the Founders Edition. The MSI Gaming X ones are available at Macrotronics but they cost more though.

Yep I know but when they are stocks (custom PCBs) the damand and supply will stablize thus prices will settle a bit lower. 950 for a 1080 or 680 for a 1070 (MSI Gaming) is very tough with a fictional profit margin while you can get the FD. At pc&parts with VAT @ 540USD for the 1070 which is a fair price in Lebanon & compared with USA prices at Amazon or Ebay. Patience will be the key no hustle.
My current Build is:
i7-4770
Intel DH87MC Motherboard
8GB RAM
120gb OCZ SSD
Corsair 750W PSU
Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X OC GPU
I'm thinking of upgrading it. Not all but some of it.
I was thinking about selling the R9 290 and get a GTX 1070 perhaps, perhaps also a bigger SSD.
So if anyone wants them i could sell them to him.
What would you suggest/recommend?

Oh okay, so if i wanted to get a 1070 how long should i wait till the price drops.
Not really worth the upgrade tbh, the 390 is still pretty good and will max out 99% of games at 1080p, at the very least, wait for Vega to come out, it should have a 1070 competitor and by then the price of the 1070 would have settled down a bit.

Not sure if you answered this in a previous post, but curious to know what's your use for all these screens? only gaming?
Euhmm no, you don't need more than 2 screens for just gaming.
I use it for Streaming, and mostly multitasking
That's alot of power in a very small case, interesting.
Nice setup, can you share some images, prices and where did you get the parts from? Thanks
I didn't post since I last updated my rig.

Than You Mate:
-Cable Management / Parts Installation / Some Case Arrangements /Full Dust Removal
-I trust our form colleague Ngel I met him & showed me professionalism so I decided to go with him & prefered him over PC&Parts and Spotnet - knowing that PC&Parts only charged USD 20 as a special assembly while ordering the parts from them. I ordered the parts from GCS upon Ngel recommendiation & gave him the parts for customization. I prefered Ngel since he doesnt only assemble parts as big shops does but rather has his touches on it and what I need too. Final results will talk :)
-I will order the ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q @ USD 1040 including VAT from a shop at Krayteem Area named Multi Media Touch he deals directly with ASUS (His GM is a child hood friend of mine) with a full one year warranty from ASUS covering dead pixels this trust in warranty is crucial as such I went this way. Some reviews says that some panels has dead pixels out of the box and BLBs. I will go with this monitor over the Acer Predator XB271HU since I like the Asus design more + it is available / no hustle of RMAs and ordering from outside knowing that both has the same panel manufactured by AU Optronics. Also, I went with the PG279Q instead of the PG27AQ ( no major price difference USD 1040 vs 1097 ) since I would like to try 144hz over 60hz on 2160p knowing that 1440p is an upgrade too from 1080p. The PG278Q is the older version of the PG29Q with a TN vs IPS Panels , 144hz vs 165Hz , and an ASUS logo on the down stand, price difference is only USD 100 so I went with PG279Q which is not available @PC&Parts indeed lol they have the old SWIFT.
-Testing of the 1070 Gaming X (I will OC it more) is Coming when I pair it with new monitor ;)
