COD Ghosts crash when loading

So I decided to re-install COD Ghosts yesterday and play it for the 1st time with my GTX 970.
The game will run but will crash on the the 1st mission loading, on the middle loading bar the game just shut down without any info.
I tried:
-Windowed
-Safe mode
-disabling msi afterburner
-Update to 3.4
-disabled shadowmode (nvidia)
None worked, and yes I used to play this game 2 years ago based on the same dvds but on win 8 and geforce 650ti boost
I searched all over the internet but no luck of finding the same crash problem

I'm on Win 10
