SQL Server 2000 DB Diffrence and Upgrade

I am developping an application using SQL Server 2000

There are Many Features and Tables that are being added everyday

I want something to help me compare 2 Databases , and Generate a DB Script that will alter the tables design in the first DB so they have the same exact fields as the second database

Most of the Time Entire Tables are Added or a field in a table and Stored Procedures

any idea on how to automatically do this ?
any software , any advices ?

i was takin a look in the prog forum .. well.. an update about this topic
i have a question.. i was thinking about posting it here
but..after second thought didn't

anyway.
a long time ago i got couple of Great DB Tools that do the above stuff and much more

they also can help u in lots of features
like auto generate data for testing and performance testing and such stuff

so if anyone (i highly doubt it ) wants those tools.. post or pm

yes available also for DB2,Interbase Firebird,MySQL, PostresSQL,SQL Server

more details :
DataComparer - compares data (different rows values, deleted, added)

yes, i will look... but to compare dumps for example i think better to use diff... but maybe that tools more powerful

each tool is almost 4-5 megs at most
tell me what tool  u want and for whad DB Type
maybe i can upload them somewhere  and u download
or maybe can send to ur email or something

if u don't want to share email or a ftp address.. u can pm me

u have to test and see urself
