Package and Deployement

What do you guys use as a tool for the Packaging and deploying ur software ?

I am looking for alternatives
any advices ?
any free or open source tools ?

i think Install Shield is one of the best , but i think it cost $$$
AnyOne has a "Solution" for the Install Shield problem

check nullsoft install system. its free open source n good

yeah sure !
build a dropped in VB, it's pretty easy to do.
i'll post some code once i find the time to look in my files
