Well my high end gaming system is very similar to the one you are aiming to build and I am using a Thermal Take Revo Gen Case with 2 x 22 cm Fans , 1 x 14 Fans (Rear) , and One 1 x 12CM Fan for on the Side for Extra VGA Cooling + a None Stock CPU Fan (Contact 21).
On enthusiastic gaming of 1080p / 1440p (DSR) with Ultra/High Setting – The system runs very silent and cool (I frequently Monitor Temperatures and Voltages/ Amps)
