Unless I see a graphics card that can make any game play at 60+FPS at 4k. I'll probably never recommend it to gamers.Stygmata wroteAvoK95 wroteI think an SSD and a huge HDD would be the best upgrade if your games are running well.

a 4k screen perhaps ?!
Post your rig

I was wondering the same, I doubt a GTX 770 can handle it, even my GTX 780 cant handle it, at least not AAA games.AvoK95 wroteUnless I see a graphics card that can make any game play at 60+FPS at 4k. I would personally stick to the 1080p for now, great performance / eye candy balance.
So here I am, with my upgraded rig .... looks cool and runs cooler too :D

PSU: Corsair Professional Series HX 750 Watt ATX/EPS Modular 80 PLUS Silver (ebay.com)
SSD: Crucial MX100 256GB (amazon.com)

I've edited the bios for my Gigabyte G1 and lowered the fans speed to 1100 rpm and now it runs cool and silent
it's a shame that i don't have enough time to Overclock and test my rig because i work 2 shifts, but i'm planning to do it as soon as i can.

Very nice looking rig @houssam
You should also state the accessories.
Like those Led strips.
Where and how did you get them from?

Your CDs and SSD box turned into Doritos? That's amazing!

Doritos! hahahahha, nah these two pics were taken in two different days thats all.
as for the LED strips you can find them @ any electric parts shop i just went there and bought a 1m red LED strip (some shops might not sell you 1m, you either take it all or nothing "a 5m strip")
then i just welded the + and - sides and connected them to my 12v cable on my PSU, it might not work untill you switch your positive and negative ends
example:
but you should note that this stip tends to get warm so i dont recommend it if you dont have enough cooling/ventilation in your case

I have to ask for those who have rigs with the 4770k cpu. Why not get the 4790k? it's like a 10$ difference and an entire 10% clock performance (from a 3.9 turbo to 4.4)
I think a 4k screen would be also very large. And I have come to the conclusion recently that any screen size beyond 24 inch actually becomes very annoying and hurts the eyes, in fact, 24 inch is annoying and hurt my eyes. I personally own a dual 23 inch screen and really, they cannot be more perfect. I got a 24 inch screen at work, and that extra inch is annoying. So if getting a 4k screen also means going to large screen sizes I would personally recommend against it.
Yes I definitely recommend an ssd, I also recommend you be careful choosing the ssd, cause ssds vary alot in performance. I hear great things about samsung evo. I personaly own 2 hyperx3k ssd and they are great. And I have seen the ssd now v300 ssd from kingstone and it is complete shit(I do not recommend that) I have seen it max out at 2 MB/s(wtf?)
I also recommend moving the desktop folder to your HDD directory instead of the ssd, since it is mostly going to be shortcuts, music and the random clip you downloaded off youtube.
