It's 2:43 in the morning, and instead of having the supposed 2M, my speed is now 0.5M  anyone noticed this?

i still havent got the upgrade neither in speed nor in quota... although the customer care confirmed to me YESTERDAY  that upgrades will be done today...

i use internet download manager all the time. so the speed is almost always 90-100 kb/s. and it is the same today

I sent them an email twice, they didn't bother to reply, and I even tried calling them but the line was busy...crap support.

They automatically upgraded my account to 2mb unlimited, even though I wanted the 6mb 60gb plan.

i just called them they informed me that we will be able to change plans from the website after the 7th.
The funny part is that he asked me about my plans and name and what not and then informed me that i should upgrade from the website lol

with reference to your below e-mail, kindly note that the answer or your ISP is accurate. As of July 1st there will be a transition period to secure the transfer of all accounts to the new plan. once the transition is done you will be able to upgrade your account.
