I've been calling them since I told you, till now the line is busy, they don't even put me on hold.

i use internet download manager all the time. so the speed is almost always 90-100 kb/s. and it is the same today
so it seems that no one received a speed upgrade today?
I sent them an email twice, they didn't bother to reply, and I even tried calling them but the line was busy...crap support.

They automatically upgraded my account to 2mb unlimited, even though I wanted the 6mb 60gb plan.
