iPhone + Android .. does it fit ?

Hey All
I have an iphone 3G (iOS4.01) jailbroken and unlocked and recently i read an article about the iphodroid and i realized that i can install Android on my iphone but i'm bit hesitant about the process although it doesn't seems so dangerous ( i think )
I always wanted to try Android but i dont want on the other hand to loose my iphone
Did anyone tried to "droid" its iphone ?

I think it is safe, you always restore your iphone if you have already backed up your SHSH files with Cydia or locally
I have a 3GS so i can't try it. (Unless i used my sister 3G as a guinea pig hehe)

First it will dual boot android, so you can switch OS anytime you want. My friend tried it, he got some trouble then was able to fix it. He has it fully working, but it has bugs and stuff.

And i guess i should wait for the windows version of iphodroid cuz i'm not familiar with Linux
