BlackBerry Storm 9500

Hey everyone. I found a used BlackBerry Storm 9500 for 200$. It is still in very good condition. I've checked its specifications online and I found out that it does not have WLAN. On the other hand, it can connect to the internet. I'll be very honest and say that my cell phone knowledge does not go beyond Nokia so I'd like to know what you guys think about this phone and its features and what works and what doesn't in Lebanon. Also, what about the price, it is reasonable or is it a rip-off?
