id recommend Sapphire ATI Radeon X1650 Pro 512MB w/TV     N/A   but its currently out of stock i think, u can try and mail them about it.

I would be getting the 7300GT 256MB DDR3 since x1650 PRO is DDR2 which is weak.

Any other availabilities?

This card is from the 4000 Series meaning it will kill the 6600 and the 7300 simultaneously. If you can get your hands on one, it is much more future-proof.

if you find one here i doubt the price will be as low as 75$, itll be like 100$ or more i guess. anyways good luck finding one.
