Lebanon's government has again decided to delay the oft-delayed privatization of the country's two state owned mobile phone networks. (...)

Why dont they privatize electricity instead
^^ i kind of agree, usually u privatize something that is not working well to make it competitive. why to sell something that is working very well? halla2 their idea behind it is that because it's working well, it can be sold for a good price, but that's good only on the short term, on the long term it's better to keep it public. all that should be done is encourage competition between the 2 licenses. but i really don't see the advantage of privatizing it for the long term.
