it has been raining in dubai for like 3 days non stop, seriously non stop...

[sad fact ] now we are the desert :(
is that due to bad water system in the streets. or to the huge amount of rain ?

it's a little bit of both. it has been raining the whole week and the roads are absolutely not prepared for any kind of rain. ma fi wala masraf mayy. all highways are flooded, it's complete chaos, schools are closed, people are not going to work, ...
