Hiring On a project Basis

hi guys,

In my company we want to hire someone for a project to work in company office
the project is relatively very easy
i already wrote most of the SysReq
wl DB Design almost ready

they can be done with vb.net.. vb 6.0 .. msaccess .. crystal reporting
deploying using InstallShield.. i might build the deployement for u.. no prob if diddn't work with installshield
we have 3rd party tools that we are using as standards
but if you want to introduce ur own tools.. u may be allowed

experience is required
u will have to do a small...really small test or show some of ur work
w interview with our consultant.. w with me (yay.. that one will be scary)

we may get to meet before u coming to company.. heik i tell u some advice.. w some of the things to say and not to say for company consultant

The chances are high that you will take many other project
or that u become part of the team..since we have tons of work
