Hi guys,
Would you share ur passwords specially email accounts(msn) - computer passwords.. with the one you love ?
What would be ur reply if he/she asked you to do that
you are supposed to trust and love this person.. not having stuff to hide from him/her
if you don't wanna share.. what reply would you tell ? :S
sara7a, i share it with everyone
my sister has it and 2 of my close friends have it. i have nothing to hide
eno all i receive in my mails is spam and jokes, nothing personal.
and for msn, aslan i'm almost 24/7 connected, so if someone enters with my account i will know.
Well ... i dont mind sharing :)
i would tell her, enno lol she dosen't trust me ? so will give the pass and we will check the mails together
it's no biggy.
but your question feels weird .... but if you dont feel like giving it , OR you dont feel good about it, enno just dont, tell him he needs to trust you. his your loved one, not your husband.
i wouldn't mind sharing as i said, but i dont really feel confortable with giving it. maybe im too paranoid.

[joke]what if she is blonde .. would u give her ur root pass [/joke]
it is not only abut email.. but also computer password
well..Padre.. ur edited reply is better than the first one
specially if the mail has lot of data and stuff in it
there are private stuff...very personal stuff i don't want to share
i may tell him in general..but not to the point of reading detailed emails
and usually there are levels in a relationship ... i don't want him to find out about couple of stuff.. at least.. not now
maybe.. he is just another guy.. u can never tell
and of course there are pure geeky sec reasons
there are stuff that don't belong to me, or labeled top secret
[joke]
maybe im too paranoid
there should be a new chapter in the Social Engeneering tutorials
- how to become his/her gf/bf .. or how to f** for a password
immagine someone doing this
[/joke]
well u should have 2 emails (or more).
1-the official one with the stupid emails, this one u can give it to him and let him think u trust him to death
2-the top secret email with the top secret things. the top secret email should not "exist", khalas, he wont ask for the password of a mail account that does not exist. heik, no worries.
i do quote someone i talk to recently
that's cheating
ma hek ;)
well.. i am intrested how many of you guys would give passwords for their gfs
in such situation
2 ppl so far
what doesn she want my password for :o
Why would she want to access my e-mail account?
If it's to read those daily security mailing list discussions, Ahla w Sahla :)
My gf has my e-mail and MSN password. Even sometimes she logs in on my MSN to check "who the heck is going to write me..."
Not to mention reading the SMSes whilst you are taking a shower. It is something that all girls do :)
But this is part of the relationship, of the trust in a relation... so I don't complain.
So far.
well i thought trust was the other way around
trust is about NOT having to MAKE SURE your not flirting around or not having to do anything with another girl
she trusts you, she doesn't have to know your pass and all the bullshit so she can make sure no SweetyGirl369 is on your MSN list or what ever
Padre, Lenin (the leader of Bolshevik Russia) has said - "check-up (control) is the supreme level of trust" :)
Trust is not a product, Padre. It is a process. Many people think of it as a product, but it is a process. It is not like you have it or do not have it. You must build it, go through the entire procedure with its "technological time".
And since my past is not marked with too much reason to be trusted, now I do not have too much the right to complain :)
hahahaha !
you may be right. but it's not true with everyone :)
anyway, the important is that you feel comfortable and happy.
and the bottom line is that girls are the most important threat to security.
considering 80% of geeks are male and 90% would give password to pc or accounts to their gfs
" who won't be reading all those tech and sec stuff "
and the bottom line is that girls are the most important thread to security.
considering 80% of geeks are male and 90% would give password to pc or accounts to their gfs
" who won't be reading all those tech and sec stuff "
90% of the geeks who have girfriends
That's not a big percentage of geeks!
hahahaha.. yes ... you have a point
umm.. a thought
but.. if the majority doesn't have gf
it would be easier for a girl to "meet" that geek, and start a trust relationship where she can get his pass
(actually i don't think girls would do that in real life.. it is just assuming..and for fun.. )
the real question is , would you flood your girlfriend's msn ??? kidding , well i say no , I don't share loggins
