they will check the cc first , then reply to you
so ur sentence should be like this
You have to add your credit card number at the end of the email and they check it, then they will reply to it.
make sure u have a min of 1500$ in ur account

The session limiataion if from GDS, so any ISP offering the "home broadband" product over GDS will have it.

Otherwise you can have internet over GDS wihtout session limitation if you buy the SOHO account or a custom solution.

lol, we bypassed that session limitation by tunneling everything throught one single connection. the overhead isn't that much and you dont loose much speed.

Care to tell me how you did that ?
I've been trying to do that for some time but the tunneling solution that I know do not allow multiplexing, that is tunelling several connection through one TCP session.
Other tunelling software was complicated to install and required that you own the tunneling server.
So I'd really like to know how you did it.

VISP is the best but their prices are somewhat high.

I won't pay more than 70$ for a 256 Kb connection, NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!
