ummm

i guess a time ago, there was a discussion about , if there is life in mars..then what would happen if new bacteria comes to earth... something more talk about bacteries crossing the species barrier, if they do we can not stop them (like the HIV Virus it crossed from monkey to man )
anyways.. the point is a time ago, there was a scientific argument about whether or not we should bring stuff from space. any one got info about the conclusion of the discussion ?
