So, you like using Gmail, but don't want other people to be able to read your email? You are probably not alone and that is where the Gmail Encryption extension enters the picture.
Gmail encryption is a greasemonkey script that lets you easily encrypt/decrypt your mails.
Note: it's still Beta and it has some known issues.
well nowadays everything seems to have known issues !
hehe, it is because the script is still in Beta stage.
gmail is still in beta stage
well yeah, since google thinks that it is not mature enough to be official (thus having some issues).
Hello everyone,
Gmail isn't mature enough to be official. I find it very unattractive and coarse on users. It's not "special" except for the storage space it offers.
Have you tried the Yahoo! mail BETA? Now that's a mail application. You can get it at yahoo.co.uk, yahoo.com is still not offering it.
Robert
on the contrary gmail's interface i find very friendly and simple ...
true I love gmail, and I don't think I'd move to anything else that is out there yet....
I am still not happy that it is still in Beta cuz of the security problems that might occur
i want to have a certain peace of mind..but even finished stuff have bugs
It has been beta for such a long time lol ...
I Like the simplicity of the Gmail interface and most of all the features
It is not filled with unecessary stuff...but there are some stuff that can be done better.
I hated the Gmail chat from Inside My gmail account..even the idea is brillant.. i think it slows things a bit when u got lot of contact
