Lebpedia: the lebanese encyclopedia

I've started a new project called LebPedia. Basically it's a wiki about Lebanon. As you may notice, it's still in Beta and it needs a new design, but I'm searching for enough volonteers to start adding content, etc. Is anyone willing to help?

note: LebPedia is not limited to history and culture, articles about bars, lebanese artists, restaurants and nightclubs are also welcome. Remember to be somehow objective when writing articles. Any form about direct advertising/clear subjectivity is prohibited: this is an encyclopedia.

yep, it is the first wiki-type website. You can upload pictures (i'll have to enable that soon). I'm just trying to find enough volunteers.

That wiki will end up as a flame war between different Leb sects which really saddens me. Denying it is futile imo.

What i like in wikis is that everything is easily recoverable, so it won't be a big problem.. Anyway, the project is kind-of-on-hold FTM, *searching for volunteers*

Ouch! Not really. I don't know when you put it up, but Cedarpedia (at http://www.bluleb.com/cedarpedia ) was there since April. I just didn't have a link to it from Bluleb. :)

Indeed, that's when I switched to mediawiki. I was using phpWiki before. :)
