VRO splitter

Hey guys , Does any one know any good programs for spliting vro (dvd recorder) files?

For in stance i have recorded my mates fight of telly on a dvd and i want to send part of it to my phone just the fight. I already used a splitter but its not workin on vro files. I already have a converter to change the file to mp4 to send to my phone.

So can you help me find such program?

why don't convert it to the format that the power director (i think... deffenitly something director) then work your way from there
