hey guys im hisham , 17 years old , freshmen at AUB , pretty experienced with all types of hardware ! ,, ill be an active member in this site , live in Rawshe ..  Got this site from my friend mahdoum !!

dont wanna brag abt it but i got this new hardware recently !
975X LGA775 asus board
RAM 800 MHZ corsair 2X512 MB
CASE : NZXT LEXA ( check its pretty amazing : http://www.nzxt.com/Lexa.php )
Processor Intel pentium D 930 3.0Ghz  2X2.0 MB cache dual core
VGA : Ati saphirre X1900 XTX 512 MB ( simply sexy runs doom 3 Max detail and res and AA at 60 FPS )
Creative soundcard Audigy 2    7.1 channels with latest EAX ..

cool rig how much did cost
i am a hardware buff also
and i can tell you chose good componants
but for my next rig i am going to try amd and i prefer to nvidia to ati but that is just my preference
very nice case indeed you need cold cathod to go along with it
did you get the componant for lebanon
if yes than maybe you have discovered a grail i have surching for so long for high end hardware for so long
finally a guy who knows hardware and share my intrest
did you build your rig your self or is it prebuilt
hope we could discuss hardware later on

hey karim thxx for the welcome i feel at home already  lol well i ordered  some parts from the site eXcaliberpc.com i got the board , the processor , RAM , and HDD from the site for 1155 $ !! the vga cost me 550 $ alone  i got it from another site that only ships for 70 $
the case , the dvdrw , mouse & keyboard from lebanon !  :)

about the new rig u wanna buy , if u have a big ass budget i suggest buying AMD for sure !! its way better than pentium D  but the processor  is like 700 $ +  so i couldnt unless i had to remove the VGA which was my top priority !
i also suggest that u buy it after 4 months when nvidia has the advantage !  its releasing the n71 chipset thats better than X1900 XTX !!  til now no vga beats mine !! :):) nice to meet u guys !yalla tk !!

well yeah i was always a gamer bass i usually spent my time in network Cafes !!   now well im getting a collection of new games that i havent started yet  : like COD 2 , Doom 3 , Half life 2 (played it already ) , FEAR ,Age of empires 3 , black and white 2 !!     man all these games run at 50 FPS and higher its gonna an amazing gaming experience !!    peace

for now im gonna be using the 54 " TV on the balcony lol !! i got it running at 1600 X 1200 HD output !!  not s-cable !!
thats temporary while i convince my mom to buy me my dream LCD 40" sony screen !!  imagine running doom3 on this TV on HDR mode ! amazinng     ,, if i get this screen i can run it at 2560 x 1600 @ 60Hz

lol that's physically impossible   the max is 1900X1280  i don't know about new games ...

Hisham you have to trust me on the 3840x1200 res because i saw it through a screenshot .
The guy is using  2 Dell 24" LCDs.

well the reason i said its impossible is because this is not wide res this is EXTREMELY wide res   the ratio is 1 : 3
widescreen is usually 16 : 9 which is somthing like 1 : 2 
( less ) i dunno maybe ur confused !
