Seems DSL is getting a limit!

As i can read in this article

Adsl is getting a 2 to 3 GB of bandwith limitation per month....
Or maybe a time limitation afterwards....

Tell me it isn't true !!!

it's an old article,
if you read idm's FAQs about DSL, they say that there are no limitations over downloads uploads and sessions.

I think both kinds of ADSL accounts must be available. With limit, and without any limits. At VISP will be done like that. And i prefer completely open policy regarding this.
