Where can you buy mod chips for X-Box?

I feel like making a spare account for myself and mod on X-box Live  If they catch me it doesn't matter, only my spare account will get banned  So anyway, do they sell mod chips here, and if they do, where?

you mean modding the XBOX to accept copies? well, most of XBOX sellers here mod it for ~ $50. [if anyone wants to point to a specific place, please do it by PM]

I know someone that does that for $20 :o He will mod your X-Box to accept copies for only $20. Anyway, no, I'm talking about modding like cheating modding
