GSM Module arduino not working

Hello guys, so i recently bought a GSM module for my arduino to use on my irrigation project that i use in my village, but i tried everything and it didn’t work, after asking around i was told that it is because of the phone jomrok they blocked my IMEI...
I am furious because the seller didn’t even tell me anything at all and i bought the original unit so i called the seller and he denied knowledge of this issue (yeah right..), anyone knows if there is a way around this or is it a dead end?

From what I've seen in some other threads like this one, only specific (popular / expensive) phone models are being blocked right now, whereas others are not. I'd be surprised if they're blocking a GSM module. Can you try to get in touch with Ogero / LibanPost and check if it is blocked?
